Time sure flies when you’re organizing an event – suddenly it’s summer! How did that happen?

Anyway, we’re very excited to announce that this year, when you come to Chics Take Flight you’ll have the chance to meet Canada Aviation Hall of Fame inductee (and Alberta native) Rosella Bjornson! Rosella was the first woman in North American to fly with a commercial airline, and the first Canadian woman to make captain. There have been lots of other exciting developments over the last month, like door prizes from great local businesses, confirmations of attendance from organizations like CASARA and Sky Wings flight school, and most exciting, a SKYDIVING DEMONSTRATION. Learn more about this on our Activities page.
